Cooking is such a huge part of the normal routine and it should not be considered a chore but instead, a routine delight that offers an important role to health. 

Our healthy cooking retreats will teach the important connection between the quality of food we consume and the effects it has on our bodies. You will leave with insightful advice, tips and tricks and delicious, easy to-do at-home recipes. Learn to change the way you shop, cook and eat back at home, maximising and maintaining a balance of health, wellbeing and the pure enjoyment of eating.

Fitness Retreats

Our hand-picked locations boast incredible natural environments and challenging terrain. This is an opportunity to escape your usual routine and take your training out of the gym and into nature. Feel inspired by  the variety of structured fitness sessions on offer and challenge yourself with like-minded people or a personalised group or family.

Whilst enjoying the fitness retreat you will embark on a culinary journey to detox, reboot, strengthen and revitalise the body, all the while, enjoying delicious ingredients in one form or another. We will feed your body and mind!

Natural Health Retreat

Feel inspired by a week of encompassing fresh air, activities and great healthy food, without feeling restrictions. The week can involve not only fitness and food, but other outdoor activities that we can pre arrange, such as canoeing, paddle boarding, beach days, rock climbing, pilates, yoga, massage, treatments, and leisurely strolls. Feel fresh air fill your lungs, sunshine on your face, nutritious food fill your body and after a week, rejuvenated. Children are welcome.

Galicia, Spain

Galicia is often referred to as green Spain. It is a beautiful region of Northern Spain with rivers, lush meadows, mountainous peaks and many stunning beaches along its beautiful coastline, making it the perfect place to relax, unwind in nature and enjoy one of our retreats. Galicia is easily accessible on the mainland, and has 2 easily accessible airports to choose from, Santiago de Compostela and Vigo Airport. Porto (Portugal) is also an option.

Why not bring the retreat to your house? With the current climes being what they are, travel can be somewhat impossible, we can come to you.
